Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Supply Chain Management Analysis Manager (Level K) to join our Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) team in North Charleston, South Carolina on First shift.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven First Line Supply Chain Management Analysis Manager to lead our team in optimizing supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of skilled analysts responsible for evaluating material requirements, enhancing inventory planning, and synchronizing supply chain demands to ensure seamless operations. You will play a key role in developing and executing project and process plans, implementing effective policies and procedures, and setting operational goals that align with our strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communicating skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Summary pay range: $100,300 - $135,700
