Position: Urologist

Location: Florence, AL

Job Type: Full-time

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join busy and well-established urology program. This opportunity offers flexibility in practice structure, a collaborative team environment, and access to advanced technology including two da Vinci Xi surgical robots. Site offers academic engagement through its Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residency programs.

Practice Highlights:

• Choose between a hospital-employed position or private practice model
• Access to two da Vinci Xi surgical robots in a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2018
• Opportunity to develop a general or subspecialty-focused urology practice
• Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Call schedule: 10 days per month, primarily phone-only call
• Opportunity to participate in resident education and teaching

Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives
• Generous sign-on bonus (up to $75K) or residency stipend ($2K/month for up to 24 months)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
