Responsibilities
Oversee the firm's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and IT policies.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize legal technology solutions to improve case management, client communications, and internal efficiency.
Act as the firm's primary Salesforce administrator, managing system customizations, integrations, training, and troubleshooting.
Support marketing efforts by implementing technology-driven strategies, CRM enhancements, and data analytics tools.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring smooth operations, security compliance, and cost efficiency.
Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys and staff, ensuring effective use of technology and system performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in an IT management/supervisory role.
Strong expertise in legal practice management software (Salesforce) and system integrations.
Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance efficiency, security, and firm operations.
Experience in automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices, cloud-based solutions, and IT infrastructure management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with attorneys, staff, and vendors.
Ability to train and support staff on technology tools while proactively identifying and resolving system issues.
Preferred certifications include Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce.
