Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Neutral Host Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution of our neutral host product portfolio tailored to enterprise environments. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, carrier-grade infrastructure and multi-operator connectivity solutions that support mobile network operators, private networks, and enterprise connectivity across venues such as stadiums, airports, campuses, and urban environments. This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone who combines technical depth, commercial savvy, and a strong understanding of wireless network architectures, particularly in the context of neutral host deployments (5G, DAS, MOCN, MORAN, small cells, private LTE/5G).

This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of wireless infrastructure, mobile operator integration, and enterprise connectivity. This position can be located at our headquarters in Plano, Texas or our Silicon Valley office.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap to support multiple operators and enterprise connectivity use cases (stadiums, airports, corporate offices, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and potential partnerships in the neutral host ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with MNOs, venue owners, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to define requirements and validate network-sharing models. Translate market needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Partner with Commercial Management to drive commercial strategy including product positioning, pricing models, and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of wireless network architectures, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN), Multi-Operator Radio Access Network (MORAN), and other relevant neutral host models, to guide product development and technical discussions.
  • Support customer engagements and pre-sales discussions as the subject matter expert for Neutral Host offerings.
  • Identify and evaluate potential technology and deployment partners within the neutral host ecosystem.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Establish clear expectations and achievement milestones while providing input to Executive Staff on strategic objectives to ensure the Company's profitability and success.


Skills you bring

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of product management experience in telecom, wireless infrastructure, or enterprise network solutions.
  • Deep hands-on experience with at least three of the following architectures:

-DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems)

-MOCN (Multi-Operator Core Network)

-MORAN (Multi-Operator RAN)

-Neutral Host small cells

-Private LTE/5G or CBRS-based deployments
  • Experience working directly with enterprises on indoor wireless connectivity projects.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-operator or shared RAN solutions in collaboration Enterprises, and Tier 1/Tier 2 MNOs.
  • Strong knowledge of RAN architecture, core network integration, backhaul/front haul, and RF performance metrics.
  • Experience working in or alongside network engineering and deployment teams.
  • Experience with spectrum coordination, licensing models, and indoor/outdoor wireless network design.
  • Understanding of Open RAN, vRAN, and Cloud RAN ecosystems and network slicing technologies.
  • Experience with real estate owners, public-private partnerships, neutral host business models, and infrastructure leasing models.
  • Understanding of enterprise verticals such as healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, or commercial real estate.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and product features.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - both technical and executive audiences.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Your Pay

The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Santa Clara: $204,000 - $306,000

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
