We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team at Tesla. In the Sr. Technical Program Manager, New Service Operations position, you will be responsible for operationalizing obligations and processes that deviate from standard Tesla offerings. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive workflows, manage relationships with cross-functional teams, and balance priorities across the organization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage workflows for operationalizing new obligations and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives and collaborating with different teams
- Evaluate maintenance readiness across the fleet and ensure obligations can be met across different contracts and service level agreements
- Collaborate with Operations and Service Engineering teams to prioritize new obligations and processes, and develop solutions to operationalize and optimize them
- Work with Data Analysts, Service Engineering and Operations teams to monitor effectiveness of implemented workflows and processes, and iterate to ensure compliance
- Independently handle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or program management, operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on process improvement and operationalization
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to energy storage and grid-scale projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

$100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
