You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What You'll Do
SCP Health is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to drive strategic hiring initiatives and manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligning with company goals and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake calls and sourcing to interviews, background checks, and extending competitive offers.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract top-tier candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for future business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering data-driven insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Leverage recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract top candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and continuously improve processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across staff-level, senior-level, and specialized roles, supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring
- Proven expertise in managing recruitment processes from sourcing to offer extension.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media recruiting tools such as LinkedIn
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while handling special projects.
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of compensation structures.
- Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
