We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at Tesla. In the Sr. Technical Program Manager, Operational Efficiency role, you will be responsible for identifying field process inefficiencies and driving change in collaboration with multiple teams. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive plans to optimize field processes, manage relationships with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize field process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, collaborating with Service Engineering and other stakeholders to develop solutions
- Develop, implement, and manage change management initiatives to optimize field processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Service Engineering and Operations teams to design and implement new workflows and processes, and to prioritize and allocate resources
- Work with Data Analysts, Service Engineering, and Operations teams to monitor effectiveness of implemented changes and processes, and iterate to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Independently handle multiple projects at a time, meeting objectives and deadlines, and adapt to new and changing priorities as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Operations Management or similar in an operations environment
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Knowledge of energy system install and design requirements and familiarity with electrical code
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

$100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
