We are seeking a dynamic and influential Sales Executive to develop, qualify, and sell our technology solutions within the national security sector of the U.S. Federal Government. In this role, you will drive top-line revenue growth while contributing to a mission that truly matters.

You have a natural ability to lead and influence, with a proven track record of successfully selling technology to government agencies, particularly within the national security enterprise. You possess outstanding business acumen, a deep understanding of the industry, and a passion for technology.

This is a full-time position based in Arlington, VA, and may require up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end new business opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Personally source, shape, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles for multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Develop, maintain, and execute account plans for national security clients and prospects
  • Present business solutions at the executive level and represent the company across the Federal/national security marketplace
  • Define and present compelling, customized value propositions and demonstrate the company's technology and solutions to prospects and clients
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospecting, opportunity tracking, forecasting, client communications, and related activities


Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in technology sales, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, with a track record of closing large and complex deals
  • Proven success in new account development
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong strategic mindset and commitment to doing what is best for the business

Preferred Skills:
  • Current possession of a U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one with sponsorship
  • Experience in or exposure to a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, particularly budgeting, acquisition, and procurement
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
