Securiport provides a complete immigration processing solution and analytics to maintain border security. Services include technical analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of Securiport's software solutions, training, and technical support to field operations.
As our Global Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering the whole proposed change, coordinating the projects and management activities within a program, and aligning the outcomes with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your role will involve: Collaborating with local and international teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving operational excellence on a worldwide scale. You will be critical in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals worldwide.

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (seated) much of the time.
This position requires the ability to spend all the time viewing computer monitors.

Travel Requirements
This position involves frequent international travel, estimated to be around 50% of working time. Travel is required to support global operations implementation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and engage with international teams and stakeholders.

Essential Functions
- Project Management: Lead and oversee global and local operational implementation projects ensuring consistence and adherence to established timelines and objectives. Develop implementation strategies, define milestones, and track progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse international teams, including Operations, Development, Product Management, Logistics to ensure effective coordination and integration of project activities: Foster communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among global operations' team members.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement across local and global operations. Analyze existing processes, recommend, and implement changes, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with global operations. Develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and risk response mechanisms to ensure program continuity and minimize adverse impacts.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure global program success. Monitor program performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as required.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with global stakeholders, including international teams, vendors, and partners. Effectively communicate updates, progress, and outcomes to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage global operations budgets, ensuring financial compliance and cost control. Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget, in accordance with the Project plan and Project governance arrangements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proven experience in global Project management, preferably in an international operations, development, or supply chain context.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify and address operational challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge of international operations and supply chain management practices, including regulatory requirements and cultural considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as experience with global collaboration platforms.
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Systems or Software Development, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in global project management, international operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational Projects and projects across multiple locations.
