This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate data-driven insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This role partners with business leaders to assess opportunities, analyze key business drivers, and support the execution of strategic initiatives. This position will work cross-functionally to provide recommendations that influence business outcomes.

The insights and analytics provided critically impact business leaders' decisions on multi-million-dollar investments. Supports strategic projects that have the potential to directly impact revenue / cost / profit cost/profit/revenue by >$10 M.

Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
- Supports strategic projects that impact the enterprise, guiding cross-functional teams and providing analytical insights to drive decision-making.
- Conducts critical ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, collaborating with internal teams and business partners to provide valuable insights.
- Works closely with Corporate Strategy leadership to assess opportunities that drive business performance and shareholder value.
- Assists in financial planning and analysis, supporting key business leaders with insights on forecast volume, pricing, and revenue.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to provide analytical support for key business decisions, helping refine multi-year strategic plans.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives, focusing on process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and financial impact analysis.
- Develops work plans to collect data, perform analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Communicates findings to business leaders and Strategy & Analytics leadership to support informed decision-making.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 6-8 years of experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Consulting experience or leading major projects within a corporation
- Travel Required: up to 15%
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Broad multi-functional experience including retail, marketing, operations
