The Senior Manager, US Marketing & Innovation Learning & Capabilities grows the capabilities of the US Marketing & Innovation Team, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills needed to reach their full potential. As a member of the US Commercial Learning & Capabilities Team, the role leads development and execution of learning plans aligned with organizational goals-working directly with US Marketing & Innovation Leadership, the Marketing Excellence CoE, and other cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationships Building & Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Marketing Excellence CoE capabilities team and the US Marketing & Innovation stakeholders.
  • Use a high degree of business, commercial, and marketing acumen to influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis.


Capability Assessment & Learning Plan Development
  • Proactively identify marketing and innovation capability and competency requirements, learning needs, prioritization, and recommend learning solutions.
  • Provide performance consulting to diagnose performance gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Develop strategically aligned learning plans and drive alignment with leadership stakeholders.


Learning Design, Execution, and Measurement
  • Design, develop, and deploy modern learning solutions, in partnership with internal and external subject-matter experts (SMEs).
  • Evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning solutions, share findings with key stakeholders, and define/execute remediation plans as needed.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (or equivalent commercial experience).
  • 6 years of marketing experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.


Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Prior learning and development experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive strategic decisions at the executive level.

The salary range for this role is: $136,217 - $187,299 USD + bonus
