Description
The Project Manager leads operations at a client warehouse site in Illinois. This role supports the Program Manager by coordinating daily warehouse functions, contract requirements, and staff oversight to ensure high-performance outcomes that align with federal standards and client expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, quality control, and regulatory compliance at the local site while serving as a liaison between warehouse personnel, Capital i leadership, and federal contract representatives.

- Lead the performance of contract operations at the Illinois warehouse site in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Support the Program Manager in fulfilling all contract deliverables by providing localized oversight of warehouse operations and staff.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily operations and coordination with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Oversee daily administrative duties including task assignments, timekeeping, and coordination of staff schedules and leave.
- Assist with reviewing staffing needs, workflows, and procedures to enhance productivity, inventory control, and customer service.
- Participate in meetings with government warehouse supervisors to review performance metrics such as quality assurance, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety policies, training requirements, and equipment certification standards.
- Maintain organized records and contribute to required reports, including weekly production summaries and staff accomplishments.
- Utilize systems such as VistA and Microsoft Excel to track and validate shipping, receiving, and inventory data.
- Provide input on process improvements and assist in the implementation of action plans as directed by the Program Manager.
- Ensure alignment with all applicable federal policies and contribute to a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
Travel

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience supporting a large corporation or federal agency
- Demonstrated expertise in managing supply chain, logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

- Inventory management systems
- Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite (2010 or later)
- Microsoft Excel
- Data entry and typing
- Experience developing and executing program goals in alignment with federal operational standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
- Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa.
- Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance.
- $85,000.00-$112,000.00
