The Performance Partner team is part of the People Experience Team within our People & Places organization. The People Experience Team is transforming the employee experience by building AI-assisted digital experiences and elevating the human partnership to provide the best support for the moments that matter. This role will report to the Senior Manager of our Performance Partner team. This role has a U.S. case focus with learning opportunities to grow international experience.
Candidates should be located near our Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA offices. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Responsibilities
- Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end
- Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to recommend the appropriate outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience.
- Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to ongoing improvements
- Build capability for managers and employees through casework
- Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities
- Consistently applies Intuit's policies and standards to situations

- Bay Area California: $122,500 - $165,500
- Southern California: $104,500 - $141,500
