Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $58/hr. on W2

Must Have
High-volume campus experience.
Recruiting in Science
Business facing (working with director and C- C-suite level leaders)
Ability to close offer.

Years of experience - 6-10 years of Recruiting experience

HM is looking for two main things:
Have experience with high-volume campus recruiting
Understanding of Science profiles and how to recruit scientists (Applied Scientist, Research Scientist, Data Scientist)
Top candidates will have both, but ok with one or the other. High Volume is top if they don't have science.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to close candidates: OFFERS. Have experience with crafting, extending and negotiating offers to close the deal.

Degree or Certification:
Bachelors degree required

Role interesting:
High visibility/ high profile team and the roles they support
Niche roles that are supported, so high need of understanding all different science techniques (Applied Scientist, Research Scientist, Data Scientist) as they will be part of the science recruiting team.
Business-facing, support different hiring events (universities,/ conferences).
High-performing, highly experienced college recruiter with a passion for mentoring and coaching. This is a team focused on specialized campus skills, i.e., GenAI, Science

Day to day:
Managing interns, conversion to full-time roles through the lens of offers and being business-facing where the full life cycle recruiter will be working with hiring teams to ensure their open campus FTE roles are being filled with either interns who have been eligible for full-time offer or with new campus direct hires.
