Pay Range: $38.46 - $51.92

Position Summary:The Human Resources Generalist (System Support) position will maintain the integrity and reliability of the Health System's HRIS and other electronic systems, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department and Health System. This position will collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes and recommend ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department. This position will collaborate with the HRIS team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes. This position will support the department with a wide range of generalist duties and work closely with all members of the team to support the smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.

Experience: At least two years of HR generalist experience with an emphasis on human resource information systems preferably in the Healthcare field, specifically in an acute care hospital environment. General working knowledge of all aspects of the Human Resources department in a healthcare setting.

Preferred/Desirable Skills, Abilities:

Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of the Workday HRIS product. Shows initiative in analyzing Human Resources processes and making recommendations for improvements. Able to take a proactive approach to streamline HR processes. Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to explain complex information to all levels of management/employees. Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals. Work independently in responding to day-to-day functional needs in a dynamic environment.
