Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) team in North Charleston, South Carolina on Variable shift.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced First Line Manufacturing Manager to lead our Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) team. In this pivotal role, you will manage an inclusive group of employees engaged in various manufacturing disciplines, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality production. Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support
- 1+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
- Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives, collaborating cross functionally and influencing positive change
