Primary Purpose
Provide direction and support to the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies across the region while leveraging experience working in a Talent Acquisition function. Partner with cross-functional teams and drive alignment through influence and collaboration. Manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and create effective, scalable, and measurable strategies. Responsible for continuously maintaining and improving the standardized framework for the recruiting process and leveraging new technology to positively impact efficiencies, candidate experience and service to client groups. The position serves as a partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, vendors and key cross-functional partners to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition. Be the driver of team development and process improvement. Lead the development and management of candidate experience from candidate submission to hiring/onboarding. Candidate sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting - ATS candidate management and dispositions. Oversee and execute planned recruitment activities and be a business partner liaison. Metrics/TA Scorecard - Data Gathering & Analysis - reporting and metrics tracking. Data analysis and strategy and recommendations. Plan and execute Talent Acquisition projects and plans for both short and long-term business needs and track, score, and execute performance results. Provide support and serve as back-up in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for the Director Talent Acquisition. Talent Acquisition process improvement (i.e., interview guides, assessments, ORC, and other various projects).

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or knowledge equivalent to such degree required.
- 5-8 years of work-related experience in full lifecycle sourcing, recruiting and employment branding using a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, social media platforms, and databases supporting a 5000-member organization.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- CSSR or SHRM Certification.
