To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- No weekends, no holidays!

Pay and Benefits
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour
- Bachelor's in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
- Master's in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
- Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour

Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
- 4 years minimum experience as a psychiatric or chemical dependency registered nurse preferred.
- Knowledge of at least the following areas: abuse issues, chemical dependency, adult/adolescent/child clinical assessments.
- Knowledge of crisis theory and intervention, psychiatric diagnosis, psychotropic medications, including use and side effects.
- Familiarity with insurance criteria for hospitalization. Knowledge of community resources and intervention.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, including management of substance use withdrawal
- Requires conceptual and practical experience in mental health nursing, as well as basic knowledge in other mental health disciplines.
- Basic Life Support current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric - Mental Health Certification preferred.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.
