What you will do:
As our Marketing Quality Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for the development, approval, release, and deployment of collateral materials utilizing project management, workflow collaboration, forecasting and asset management software or platforms.
You will work closely with business partners and stakeholders across the business to prioritize and manage requests for the teams you are assigned.
*This is a hybrid role and we define hybrid as the ability to come into the office at least one day per week.

- Shepard the development, approval, release and deployment of collateral material through our Workfront system
- Traffic design, video, digital and web projects from the initiation, production, review and release through the deployment process
- Conduct discovery meetings at onset of projects (if necessary) to gather and understand complete requirements, logistics and expectations.
- Meet with cross-functional stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates, prioritize workflow and discuss process opportunities and issues.
- Manage post-meeting summaries and project communications.
- Archive and retrieve digital assets files within the local creative server to support the production of future projects.
- Embrace a philosophy of continuous learning and discovery to stay ahead of the curb with the latest video and design techniques for engaging audiences.
- Serve as the Marketing Quality workstream lead for large, cross-functional projects or events
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in project management, marketing, business, communications or other relevant field of study
- 4 + years of work experience
Preferred:
- 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the creative and production processes: Print, Digital, Video or Web
