IO's Finance, Technology, and Lending Enterprise Team ensures that IO is a financially efficient and effectively managed organization and that the agency's finances are monitored, reported, and managed appropriately.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Senior Manager, Treasury Reporting oversees monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of NIM for Senior Leadership and the Real Estate and Lending Committee. This role leads the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for Treasury, manages the general loan provision model updates, and supports the review of Treasury policies and guidelines. Additionally, the position collaborates with FP&A and Treasury teams, acts as a backup for Cash Management, and assists the Vice President of Finance with ad-hoc projects.

Position Summary:

What you will do:
- Lead and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on Net Interest Margin (NIM) for the Lending Program, Debt Funding Obligations, Investment Program, and Liquidity/Capital Program.
- Investigate variances and provide explanations to stakeholders, including CFO, EMT, Audit & Risk Committee, and Real Estate and Lending Committee.
- Manage the Treasury Advisor (P&L) and oversee the review of all deliverables.
- Update and calculate the general loan loss provision model quarterly and annually, based on industry benchmarks.
- Prepare ad-hoc memos for Senior Leadership on matters affecting Lending P&L and Hedging from a Treasury perspective.
- Lead the annual CEO/CFO certification review related to NIM reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with Treasury Guidelines and Policies and recommend changes to VP, Finance.
- Develop quarterly detailed forecasts for NIM, working with Lending and Credit teams to review lending assumptions and volumes.
- Support special projects and collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Finance teams, including reviewing the Treasury Management System and enhancing financial models and processes.
What we are looking for:
- Many years in a similar leadership/treasury reporting function
- CPA, CTP, CFA, or MBA highly preferred
- Proven leadership and people management skills within Treasury Operations
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and pricing methodologies (experience with derivatives is a plus)
- Experience with implementing Treasury & Risk Management Systems
- Training or experience in financial and statistical calculations of risk, cash, and P&L; ALM experience is a plus
