Dental Lab Technician - Ceramics / Full-Arch / Zirconia
Full-Time Opportunity
Annual Compensation: $62,000-$124,800 (based on experience and schedule)
A modern dental implant center with a dedicated in-house laboratory is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician to join their team. This facility focuses on full-arch dental implants and restorations, offering a collaborative environment and access to cutting-edge technology.
This role is primarily focused on the finishing stages of ceramics for full-arch zirconia cases. Applicants should be highly skilled in aesthetics, layering, glazing, and final detail work. Experience in digital design is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finish full-arch zirconia prosthetics with attention to natural esthetics
- Perform ceramic layering, glazing, and surface characterization
- Operate and assist with CAD/CAM milling units and 3D printers as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on all completed cases
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, and patients to ensure exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental lab technology
- Strong skills in ceramics and zirconia finishing for full-arch restorations
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows (design skills a plus)
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Applicants must be prepared to present case examples of their work
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with full-arch implant restorations
- Familiarity with zirconia and nano-ceramic materials
- Design experience using dental CAD software (bonus)
