Circle K seeks an experienced Digital leader to join our multi-national team acting in a leadership role in digital activations and operations. This role will assist leading Circle K through a transformational shift from a siloed multi-channel legacy into a fully integrated digital content experienceThe role focusses on content delivery across physical in-store screens and consumer mobile screens. This role is a global position, supporting global, regional, and cross-functional groups reporting to the Head of Global Digital Platforms.
ABOUT THE GLOBAL SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL DIGITAL ACTIVATIONS POSITION:
Manage content scheduling, screen operations and delivery on Circle K's digital screens with a focus on:
(1) Taking Ownership of digital operations to support the strategy and vision for the digital product portfolio's content/campaign life cycle to bridge the digital (mobile) and physical worlds (in-store).
(2) Integrating digital solutions and capabilities in conjunction with key internal partners (Technology, Store Operations, Customer Experience, Design, Marketing, Fuel, etc.) to accelerate our efforts to create seamless digital activation across the customer journey.
(3) Team Management across an existing high-performing team defining roles and responsibilities for all positions. You will work to eliminate silos, provide regional governance, establish guidelines that direct best practices across all prioritized digital platform activities, and capitalize on digital experiences.

Digital Activation Leader - A leader with experience delivering enhanced digital experiences through content assembly and deployment execution while managing multiple stakeholders and digital channels throughout the various product life cycles. Demonstrated capability to develop execution and support plans that have resulted in digital goal achievement across geographies, customers, and platforms.
Experienced in enabling organizations to succeed in digital campaign operations, scheduling and deployment. You know what enablers and ways of working models are required to compete today and outpace the competition in the future. Experience leading digital content activations in a global environment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define digital execution strategies and prioritize/manage the various digital campaign portfolios to optimize our brand on digital products.
- Assemble, schedule, and delivery of all digital content across digital screens and app.
- Flawless execution and support to materially benefit the business and customers.
- Own daily operation responsibilities, create, and set high-level priorities, and drive implementation. Maintain operational ownership of prioritized initiatives designed to position Circle K to win at customer critical moments along the path to purchase.
- Working closely with the broader functional teams ensuring that all digital campaigns and activation is delivered on time and with high quality.
- Manage the delivery, understand the rhythm and time-pressure of the monthly operation promo cycle while delivering on paid media advertising campaigns.
- Motivate your team, building positivity into everything you do to bring out the best in people.
- Lead daily campaign operations meetings with your team and participating in stakeholder meetings as needed.
- Engage with business units, working closely together to ensure campaign briefs are delivered to the highest standard and within tight timeframes.
- Reviewing campaign setups, creative content and conducting extensive quality assurance to ensure high quality output is nothing short of the best and low error rates are maintained.
- Ensure quality controls and sign-off procedures with all stakeholders and functional teams with a focus on internal processes and file structures.
- Monitoring key metrics and KPIs to ensure retail operations support and digital delivery success.
- Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing digital experience software solutions and other industry digital experience best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising or an Advanced degree
- Seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in understanding and delivering high volume digital campaigns including digital screens and mobile platforms.
- 7+ years of digital marketing, brand management and strategy, consulting, or related is a plus.
- Very strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong project management and technical skills to deliver results.
- Track record of consistently delivering on short timelines, creating processes, launching new campaigns, and successfully managing across functional project teams.
- Passion for delighting customers through a superior customer experience that exceed customer expectations.
- Loves being part of a team. Seeks, forges, and cultivates effective relationships to motivate and maximize cross-functional teams' engagement and productivity.
- Knowledgeable of digital experience technologies and tactics, especially in Digital Content Operations, CMS, PIM, DAM, and MDM software.
