Old Republic Title is seeking a Benefits Department Supervisor to manage key health, welfare, and retirement programs while leading a team of benefits specialists.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supervise & Support the Benefits Team - Provide guidance to Leave Administrators and other team members.
  • Benefits Plan Expertise - Act as a resource for employees and benefit team leaders, interpreting health, welfare, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure Compliance - Oversee ERISA compliance, FMLA administration, and regulatory filings, including ACA reporting and Form 5500s.
  • Annual Enrollment & Pension Support - Coordinate open enrollment materials, assist with pension plan administration, and oversee benefits communications.
  • HRIS & Data Management - Ensure accurate system configurations, compile reports, and analyze data for strategic planning.
  • Financial Oversight - Manage benefit invoices, oversee reconciliation, and report self-funded medical and dental claims.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with benefits brokers, providers, and internal teams to optimize benefit programs.


What We're Looking For:
  • 8-10 years of experience in health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and compliance.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience leading a benefits or HR team.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, federal and state leave laws, and benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with HRIS/payroll platforms (Workday, UKG preferred).
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills - Ability to interact with employees, executives, and vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • Detail-oriented & organized - Skilled in managing multiple priorities and ensuring accuracy in compliance and reporting.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$90,000 to $120,000 annually.

This position is typically eligible for bonus-based incentive compensation, at the Company's discretion.
