Job Title: Test Lead (Order Management and Warehouse Management)
Location: La Vergne, TN (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with different teams to understand the project requirements and ensure the testing strategy aligns with these requirements.
2. Lead all testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
3. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure high-quality results.
4. Participate in 'Day in the Life' testing to simulate real-life scenarios and assess the system's performance.
5. Prepare and present Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) to ensure the system is ready for testing.
6. Lead the documentation of all testing activities, including test results, test case tracking, and report creation.
7. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders throughout the testing process.
8. Ensuring that all testing activities align with the company's quality standards and objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in leading testing operations, preferably in the area of Order Management and Warehouse Management.
3. Proficient in various testing methodologies and tools, including SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
4. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
7. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
