Job Responsibilities:
The Brand Art Director at GT's Living Foods will play a leading role in developing and producing highly visible brand worlds consisting of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, brand promotions, point of sale items, packaging, digital assets, and more. As a disciplined visual brand steward, your work will consistently reflect and evolve the GT's Living Food portfolio of brands - SYNERGY Kombucha, Alive Ancient Mushroom Elixir, Agua de Kefir, Immortal Wellness Shots, Cocoyo & Classic Kombucha - maintaining their integrity and quality at every touchpoint. You will collaborate with internal team members and external vendors, effectively communicating design processes and elements in a clear and concise manner. You will lead, manage and mentor a small creative team, and lead multiple concurrent projects, as well as oversee deadlines all through the lens of visual excellence.

Requirements:
- 10 - 12 years of hands-on art direction and graphic design experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts

Essential Duties:
- Bring a fresh and contemporary vision to all visual communication
- Develop visual identity brand books that account for all design & visual content needs
- Conceptualize and execute campaign visions, original graphics, copy, and content across various channels and integrated marketing needs
- Inspire the team by pushing creative processes, methods, and thinking, contributing to brand storytelling and differentiation
- Design and produce innovative, on-brand digital and print solutions for the GT's Living Food family of brands
- Help guide packaging design across the full GT's Living Foods product suite
- Conceptualize and produce creative solutions that align with business requirements
- Own final design recommendations, decisions, and approvals for artwork execution and production

- Leadership: The ability to both conceptualize projects. and work hands-on as directing others in the creative development of a variety of campaign and brand work.
- Attention to detail: Demonstrate a passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
- Brand Positioning: Experience laying the strategic foundations for successful brand launches
- Seasoned Marketer: Demonstrable understanding of what makes for effective Marketing & Brand Communications, from traditional campaign to experimental tactics
- Self-starter: Proven ability to project manage, set deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work
- Organizational skills: Highly organized with excellent project management abilities, capable of handling numerous small and large-scale projects simultaneously
- Collaboration: Adept at working cross-functionally within the Marketing department and acting as a proactive and organized liaison between the creative and production teams
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Duties and Requirements:
- Experience leading creative development across multiple brands at a time with a wide range of styles
- Excellent time and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital projects from concept to execution
- A team player comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior talent
- Strong organizational and production skills for print and digital assets
- Experience within the consumer packaged goods industry
- Experience leading packaging design projects
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Illustration, editorial, and photography experience
- Expert in art direction for campaigns, brand identity, shoots, production, film, and digital mediums
- Strong typography and layout sensibility
- Executive presentation skills

Job Details:
- Work Hours: Onsite, Standard business hours Monday through Friday
- Work Attire: Use good judgement, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their own safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
- Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000 annually, bonus eligible
- Relocation assistance provided
