We need a battle-tested title executive who knows how to scale a title company, drive revenue, and lead teams. You're someone who has:
Owned, managed, or led a title company or major division
A strong book of business or deep relationships with realtors, lenders, and developers
Experience growing a title operation from 7-figure to 8-figure revenue
The ability to build and lead an elite team of escrow officers
A reputation for getting deals done and scaling operations

Lead Business Growth: Scale People's Title into new territories and client bases
Develop & Lead a Winning Team: Build and mentor top escrow officers and staff
Expand Relationships: Drive new partnerships with realtors, lenders, and builders
Drive Revenue: Build a multi-million-dollar title pipeline
Operational Strategy: Oversee workflow, compliance, and client satisfaction

Ideal Background
10+ years in title leadership (Owner, President, EVP, or similar role)
Proven ability to grow a title company-from startup or existing firm
Deep industry relationships and ability to generate immediate business
Experience with recruiting, managing, and scaling escrow teams
Strong entrepreneurial mindset-ready to bet on yourself for huge upside
