Position Overview

Are you a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, creativity, and revenue growth? Architech is looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager to take the lead on co-marketing with some of the world's most influential tech partners-including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and CDW, just to name a few.

This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be at the forefront of our partner-led growth strategy, building and launching high-impact campaigns that not only fuel demand and accelerate pipeline-but also elevate Architech's brand presence across the cloud and AI community.

You'll work cross-functionally with our teams to build campaigns that resonate, scale, and convert. And more importantly, you'll have the autonomy and ownership to shape Architech's partner marketing playbook from the ground up-experimenting, optimizing, and driving measurable impact along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns with our strategic partners-driving pipeline, accelerating deal cycles, and expanding brand presence within partner ecosystems.
  • Build and manage co-branded content, partner events, webinars, and field activations that align with joint GTM priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Product & Tech teams to translate technical offerings (AI, cloud, app modernization) into compelling value propositions and campaign narratives.
  • Support our Sellers to execute multichannel campaigns (email, social, events) that generate demand from partner-referred prospects and enterprise buyers.
  • Lead partner marketing funding initiatives (e.g., MDF), including proposal creation, budget tracking, execution, and ROI reporting.
  • Ensure all partner-facing outbound campaigns reflect Architech's positioning and aligned with partner messaging, solution plays, and ecosystem goals.
  • Manage and optimize Architech's website and Clutch profile platform to ensure alignment with ongoing service campaigns, partner priorities, and inbound lead generation efforts.


ABM & Strategic Account Activation

  • Support Sales to build a targeted ABM programs for high-value accounts.
  • Tailor campaign messaging and content by industry, buyer persona, and stage in the funnel-leveraging segmentation and intent data.


Event Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage in-person and virtual events-often in partnership with strategic partners-to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Ensure seamless event execution and post-event follow-up aligned with lead conversion goals.


Demand Gen Reporting, Optimization & Insights

  • Accountable for KPIs across the marketing funnels that includes: Architech.ca, Clutch, and ensuring MQL to SQL conversion, and partner campaign ROI.
  • Continuously optimize our campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and insights-driven iteration.
  • Own campaign performance reporting across partner and direct marketing motions.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, and revenue impact.


Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on partner channel marketing in the technology or professional services sector.
  • Demonstrated success leading full-funnel, co-marketing programs with cloud providers or ISVs (Microsoft, AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage MDF funding cycles, co-branded content, and joint GTM plans with strategic partners.
  • Experience driving measurable marketing-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Webflow, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ABM tactics, partner campaign development, paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into simple, client-focused messaging.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and growth experimentation.

You've delivered joint campaigns that directly influence our demand gen pipeline, built scalable programs with our key partners, and positioned Architech as a go-to partner in the AI and cloud-native space. Ensuring sales and marketing are aligned, partner programs are ROI-positive, and our GTM ecosystem is stronger because of your strategic leadership.
