We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our thriving dental practice in Asheville, NC. Our well-established and patient-focused practice offers a dynamic environment with a strong support team, advanced technology, and a steady flow of patients.

• Average Production: $257,707 per month
• Average Collections: $238,800 per month
• Total Operatories: 12
• Total Doctors: 2
• Total Hygienists: 5
• Technology: Itero, CBCT
• Insurance Accepted: We file all insurances and are IN NETWORK with Metlife, Cigna, Delta, BCBS NC, and Lincoln

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, plan, and perform a variety of general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with advanced technology such as Itero and CBCT is preferred but not required
