Your primary focus will be to engage with sales leadership and financial services customers, including C-level executives.
Understand the customer's pain points/priorities and demonstrate how our banking software solutions can address their specific challenges and opportunities.
This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations (loans and deposits), processes (sales, fulfillment and service), regulatory compliance and technology solutions.
You will be a key member of our Banking Centre of Excellence team to support growth in optimizing the company's position in the U.S. Banking market. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting and seeking regulatory agencies (OCC, FDIC, etc.) input and guidance on product solutions to adhere to compliance guidelines.

- Proven experience of 10+ years in business consulting, regulation and compliance within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking and consumer banking processes, products, and technology landscape. Inclusive of loan origination, customer onboarding, account maintenance.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations and their impact on the financial institution's business.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to C-level executives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute on sales opportunities. Provide subject matter expertise during client presentations and meetings.
- Collaborate with prospects across multiple roles and levels to understand their unique business challenges, pain points, and goals. Translate these insights into compelling solutions using our solutions portfolio for the financial industry.
- Create and present winning product presentations demonstrations tailored to the banking industry. Showcase how the company's software can optimize processes, improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and help clients meet regulatory compliance.
- Position the company as a trusted and competent partner to compete effectively and maximize deal size.
- Shape proposals to articulate and showcase value to C-level clients.
- Have a deep understanding of retail banking and consumer banking sectors, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
