Description:

As a Manager III, IAM, you will be focused on leading the IAM operations team in support of RealPage security and compliance initiatives. The primary responsibilities of the team are quarterly access reviews and provisioning/de-provisioning activities. Success in this role is driven by your ability to build relationships with numerous internal stakeholders, manage organizational Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and mentor staff.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and manage the quarterly user access review schedule, and ensure all activities are completed accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for handling all escalations to business owners/reviewers to complete access reviews
  • Coordinate the onboarding of additional applications into the SailPoint platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the organization for access reviews and provisioning activities
  • Perform reviews for direct reports and lead weekly touchpoint sessions
  • Spearhead the onboarding of additional applications into manual access review process
  • Create, manage, track, and report IAM KPIs and SLOs to leadership
  • Identity and resolve inconsistencies in the access review process


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to maximize team unity and output
  • Exceptional planning skills with the ability to motivate and drive the work of others
  • Ability to solve complex issues with clever or out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing identity & access management teams and processes
  • Background in managing regulatory initiatives (ex: SOC, SOX, PCI, CCPA) by adhering specifically to access reviews and provisioning compliance
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel skills is required to manage large data sets
  • Experience managing and mentoring a large team (10+ people)
  • Adept in planning daily, weekly, and quarterly work activities across cross-functional teams
