The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

- Defining and Implementing Tax Processes: Develop and implement cutting-edge specialty tax work processes and programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations.
- Driving Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead medium to large-scale cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams across the company to align tax plans with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Strategic Tax Guidance: Provide expert guidance to internal business partners, influencing the development of projects and initiatives, and recommending optimal tax policies to minimize tax burdens.
- Negotiation and Issue Resolution: Negotiate with state & local revenue departments to resolve tax filing issues and drive tax management strategies for the company.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Lead reverse audit processes, review and manage tax-related documentation, and address irregularities discovered during routine reviews to ensure compliance and reduce exposure.
- Legislative and Policy Impact: Monitor, evaluate, and determine the impact of new or pending legislation on the company's tax strategy, advising senior leadership on necessary adjustments.
- Training and Development: Oversee team training, create effective tax-related documents, and ensure that work processes align with company directives and industry best practices.
- Building Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including state auditors and jurisdictional contacts, to streamline audit and compliance processes while protecting company assets.
- External Representation and Advocacy: Represent the company in interactions with tax authorities, suppliers, and at industry events, communicating the company's tax strategy and filing positions effectively.
