Key responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, maintaining adherence to hospital protocols, and fostering effective communication with nursing teams. The Supervisor also plays a critical role in responding to patient emergencies, providing leadership and training, and troubleshooting equipment issues in collaboration with Clinical Engineering and IT.
