The community you'll be caring for: 301 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117

The role you 'll contribute :

Creates, maintains , and measures compliance and optimization of contract terms within the East Florida Region . Oversees the contract accountability system to ensure the effective and efficient management of post-award contracts. Minimizes the risk of fraud, mismanagement and financial harm to the organization . Enforces organizational principles of Integrity and Compliance . Responsible for contract* oversight including but not limited to: project management, policy and procedure implementation, education, and compliance monitoring and auditing. This position will interface with all team members who are involved in the contract process within the region.

  • Oversight and tracking of contractual information to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Monitoring of agreements for adherence, fulfillment of the terms, such as : Required quality and productivity metrics for validation of incentive . CPI inflation adjustments . Timeliness and applicable penalties or late fees . BAA/HIPAA compliance related to underlying contract termination . Correctness of timesheets and time measurement
  • Centralize the regional contract process ensuring all* contracts are available through a common access point
  • Identify contract redundancy within region to allow for financial efficiencies


Qualifications
The expertise and e xperiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

  • B achelor's degree in Business , Healthca re Management or related field
  • 5 years of healthcare compliance experience
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance
  • Certified in Healthcare Privacy


Preferred qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Business , Healthcare Management or related field
