Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and manage expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold project standards.
• Facilitate change management processes as necessary during the project lifecycle.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate project records.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong skills in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and resource allocation skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in change management and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting standards.
