Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and manage expectations.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold project standards.
- Facilitate change management processes as necessary during the project lifecycle.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate project records.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Strong skills in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated team leadership and resource allocation skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in change management and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting standards.
