For employees based in the US, certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units. The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$83,000 - $93,000
- Reach and exceed business development, brand investment and revenue goals, contributing to overall team objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth for retail partners.
- Manage accurate pipeline ownership across new and existing opportunities for multiple products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brands, and agencies at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day brand relationships in lock-step with retailer to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Enable and support brand joint business planning meetings in partnership with retailers
- Actively support and align with retailer sales teams to enhance their capabilitiesoIdentify enablement and demand opportunities to support brand participation
- Collaborate with cross- functional internal & external teams to ensure that retailer & client objectives, goals and strategies are met
- Partner with internal teams (Tech Solutions, Data Analytics, and Account Strategy, etc) to ensure excellent client service & delivery
- Develop sales account plans aligned with brand strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies in tandem with budgets and performance goals.
- Conduct weekly calls with retailer teams to review live campaigns and drive optimization opportunities.
- Curate and present strategic marketing collateral e.g. media kits, sample proposals, best practices, reporting insights, etc.
- Design and deliver training programs such as "Criteo 101," sales pitch sessions, and recurring office hours for retailer teams.
- Conduct deep-dive reporting analysis and create actionable recommendations for retailers.
- Data storytelling from multiple views: retail lens, campaign lens, category lens (ie- Turning data insights into action)
- Refine and communicate partnership processes and best practices.
- Partner on vendor meeting preparation, providing guidance on brand engagement and operational support
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of experience in digital media, with a strong background in online performance advertising, ad tech, and/or e-commerce.
- Deep knowledge of the online advertising industry, direct marketing, and advertising technologies (both online and offline).
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, retailer-specific ad placements, and competitive products.
- Background in retail merchandising background is a plus
- Exceptional client service standards, including the ability to understand and address clients' business needs with timely, personalized solutions.
- Strong ability to manage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Expertise in explaining technical concepts (e.g., Criteo technology) in simple, relatable terms to clients and executive-level audiences.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- High-level presentation skills for engaging executive management and cross-functional teams.
- Superior analytical skills, with the capability to address both granular details and big-picture issues.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
