Associate Employment Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with specialization in Labor & Employment law to join our team in North Miami. This position offers the small firm autonomy in a big firm. Along with plenty of growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters
• Prepare for trial and court appearances
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial

Qualifications

• JD & 1+ years of experience in Civil Litigation for Employment
• Passed FL bar & in good standing
• Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions
• Experience interviewing witnesses
• E&O and D&O experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Trial experience
• Demonstrated interest in FL workers' comp defense
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
