Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and curious Account Supervisor to effectively collaborate with several key departments. We need a team player and a brand steward between the AOR brand side at our agency and our media side. Must be comfortable communicating face to face with external clients! We are looking for personality, enthusiasm, and an outside of the box thinker.

The Role You Will Play

Pharma advertising experience a MUST
Veeva experience a PLUS
You will be engaging face to face with clients. In order to be successful, you must be confident and comfortable interacting in person to support client relationships. This goes beyond email correspondence.
Demonstrate the ability to be the lead on at least 1 project successfully
Understanding of account's competitive set, brand capabilities and consumer drivers
Ability to lead operationally-focused meetings
Proficient in writing contact and status reports
Mastery of internal and client processes
Ability to coordinate/work with other departments (internal)
The best fit for this role will be someone who is focused and organized, and also possesses a sense of humor

The Role You Will Play
- Involved in the strategic direction of a single brand while mentoring and encouraging junior staff.
- Day-to-day owner of projects; proactively recommends and develops communication solutions and maintains a proficiency in the pull through of client-directed strategies.
- Guides and assists Account team in the development and presentation of new business proposals.
- Client facing - maintains understanding of clients' needs and effectively communicates such needs to the creative and other appropriate departments.
- Develops and maintains contact with clients to ensure that agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in client's business structure.
- Actively develops presentations to sell recommendations to clients.
- Concentration on organic growth.
- Provide constructive, strategic creative feedback
- Understand the strategic nature of the account and clearly articulate that internally and externally
- Ability to be the lead meetings internally and externally
- Financial planning
- Recommends efficiencies (internally)
- Accountable for budgets/timelines/deliverables
- Reports to the Account Director or Group Account Director (TBD)
