Your Role:
This role will be responsible for the configuration and day-to-day maintenance of the firm's HR Information System (HRIS). This role will lead the implementation of a new system. The HRIS Analyst will ensure the solutions and workflows developed are efficient, effective, and meet the firm's business objectives.

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Your Role:
This role will be responsible for the configuration and day-to-day maintenance of the firm's HR Information System (HRIS). This role will lead the implementation of a new system. The HRIS Analyst will ensure the solutions and workflows developed are efficient, effective, and meet the firm's business objectives.
What Will You Do?
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS and any new modules, or products of the system.
- Configure the firm's HRIS, workflows, and reports to meet the firm's business needs and ensure compliance with the firm's policies, and federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the user experience.
- Partner with the Information Technology department and external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues related to the Firm's HRIS, and execute end-to-end support.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the firm's HRIS.
- Identify opportunity for optimization and efficiency, and configure appropriate solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance by performing regular audits and quality assurance.
- Support annual HR initiatives such as the annual benefits open enrollment, performance review process, and merit increase process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field is preferred
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience with any major HRIS solution (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday, Ceridian, Paylocity, Paychex, Oracle); Paylocity preferred
