Product Manager
We are looking for an innovative and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team at IPCMobile. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver exceptional mobile solutions that meet market needs. Your work will directly contribute to the success of IPCMobile and help drive the future of mobile communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the product strategy, defining clear goals and product roadmaps to align with IPCMobile's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and support teams to gather feedback, identify needs, and refine product features. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that address pain points and enhance the mobile experience.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products. Continuously assess product performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution. Facilitate communication across departments to meet product development milestones.
- Sales Enablement: Works with marketing and sales teams on product and market education and content creation. Strong focus on creating customer-facing video-based content.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiate IPCMobile products from competitors. Stay updated with emerging technologies in mobile communication and enterprise mobility.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the product development process.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize analytics and customer insights to measure product success and make informed decisions that drive product growth and improvements.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the mobile technology or SaaS space.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of mobile technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise software development processes.
- Product Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch. Experience in Agile methodology and product management tools is preferred.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for understanding customer needs and transforming them into impactful products.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product ideas, strategies, and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
