Asa Joint Venture and Tolling Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, youwill play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operationsof our JV and toll manufacturing facilities. You are the key point of contactfor ensuring that the production of chemical products is safe, efficient, andcompliant with regulatory standards. Your duties involve overseeing productionprocesses, guiding a team of partners and tollers, and implementing rigoroussafety and quality audits to ensure we need our corporate and regulatorystandards. Your expertise comes into play as you optimize plant operations,reduce downtime, control production costs, and ensure the quality of ourproducts for our customers. Your guidance is essential in maintaining thefacility's integrity, meeting production targets, and upholding high standardsof safety and environmental responsibility in our dynamic and complexindustrial environment.

You will report directly to our VP of manufacturing and technology and you'llwork out of a US location (Houston, Morris Plains, etc.) on an onsite workschedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and success of our joint ventureand tolling manufacturing facilities. As the key focal point for JV and tollingrelationships, you will coordinate new product launches, ensure HSE and qualityexpectations are met, and work with production planning to ensure the needs ofthe business are met, reducing downtime, and controlling costs, you contributeto increased profitability and operational excellence. Moreover, your role inupholding safety and environmental standards not only mitigates risks but alsoensures our company's reputation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the jointventure and tolling plant operations, including production, maintenance,quality control, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies tooptimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevantregulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Guide and motivate a team of producersto achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams todrive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience of 6+ years in managingchemical plant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety,environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent guidance and communicationskills, with a strong aptitude for managing through influence.
  • Ability to analyze data, identifytrends, and implement corrective actions.
