Location: Denver, CO

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

Pay Rate: $80,870 - $95,014 annually

Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid Mileage, Shift Diffs, Stipends

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the forward-looking financial aspects of the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading the annual budget process, preparing strategic financial analysis and forecasting, and developing financial modeling tools. Assists month end close procedures and ad-hoc financial analysis projects.

  • Analyzes current and past trends of key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, direct expenses, overhead, and capital expenditures.
  • Monitors performance indicators, highlights trends, and analyzes causes of unexpected variances.
  • Oversees and maintains the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools.
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Prepares quarterly and monthly financial reports.
  • Implements and utilizes business intelligence tools and dashboard reporting.
  • Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Supports the senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis of financial data.
  • Assists in presentations to the Board of Directors and senior management team.
  • Prepares extensive pro forma analysis for potential growth and strategic initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned and responsibilities as assigned.


WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or five (5) years minimum combination of training, education and experience that provides the required skills knowledge and abilities to perform the essential duties of the position. MBA or CPA highly preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of experience with accounting and budget analysis. Healthcare experience preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
