Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Management Delivery Coordinator to join the Firm's Enterprise Technology and Services division. This role will focus on evolving our Risk Management practices by combining project execution and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within IT in a global financial institution, with a preference for experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Inventory Data Quality (DQ). The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and can translate ambiguity into structured, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate IT Risk Management initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive risk mitigation strategies that comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze large volumes of information, distilling key insights for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Create clear and compelling presentations for stakeholders at mid-to-executive levels.
  • Maintain alignment with risk and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Facilitate Agile project management methodologies to optimize project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, risk teams, and business units to streamline processes and enhance risk management practices.
  • Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead ITAM Inventory Data Quality (DQ) initiatives to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of asset management records.


Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Management, ITAM (preferred), or related fields within a global financial institution.
  • Strong capabilities in project delivery and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with risk and regulatory frameworks, including industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings concisely.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional engagement.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with risk assessment tools and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
  • Certification in risk management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CRISC, PMP, CSM).
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with industry risk management practices and control frameworks, including FFIEC and other regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with Jira.


Certifications (if any):

CRISC, PMP, CSM or any relevant certifications in risk management or Agile methodologies.

Education: Bachelors Degree
