Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: Up to $90,000 (based on experience) IN PERSON ROLE (NOT REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design complex dental restorations including:
- Aesthetic anterior cases
- Implant and multi-unit cases
- Hybrid/All-on-X cases (experience highly preferred)
- Digitally scan analog impressions for digital case design
- Collaborate closely with the lab team to ensure precision, functionality, and esthetics in all designs
- Assist in expanding the lab's All-on-X offerings
- Participate in 3D printing workflows (experience preferred)
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with complex case design in a dental lab setting
- Proficient in 3Shape and Exocad software
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, including scanning analog impressions
- Experience with full arch/hybrid restorations and All-on-X designs highly desired
- Experience with dental 3D printing strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
