Summary: The Vice President of Digital Product Organization plays a critical role in driving the success and competitiveness of the company's digital products by leading strategic planning, product development, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Development and execution of the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals; Driving digital transformation to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and foster innovation.
  • Oversees the delivery of all IT projects and digital products, ensuring value delivery.
  • Owns the financial planning and management of all IT projects and products.
  • Develops and implements technology governance framework for projects and products.
• Builds and maintains relationships with executive leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to achieve strategic objectives.
• Communicates effectively and transparently to keep stakeholders informed about digital product strategy, progress, and performance.
• Drives innovation and ensure products meet market needs and expectations.
• Develops and manages budgets for digital product development initiatives, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Provides regular updates and reports to senior leadership on budgetary status and project milestones.
• Oversees the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Including leading teams to create product requirements, prioritizing features, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, and design, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitors industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, business analysts, and other professionals.
• Leads and mentors digital product team members.

• Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for IT project management aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, vendors, and other dependent departments.
• Comprehensive understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience in complex environments.
• Proficiency in resource allocation, budget management, and capacity planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Commitment to ensuring high standards of quality and excellence in product lifecycle, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and cooperation among team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, requirements, and constraints in dynamic business environments.
• Highly experienced with financial and business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field or equivalent years of related experience required.
• 12 years related experience with a minimum of 5-7 years in digital product management and/or business transformation
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading large transformation efforts. Previous experience implementing a product organization, preferred.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Jira or other product management tools
