Information Security Manager

ECS is seeking an Information Security Manager to work in our Fort Belvoir, VA office.

Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the SECARMY, Information Technology Management Office (OAA ITMO) leads solution engineering to design, build, test, deploy, sustain, and transition into production new or modernized IT business applications. OAA ITMO also manages digital records, enterprise knowledge data, data visualization, and Visual Information (graphics) services for OAA.

Recent OAA modernization achievements include the transition of application platforms to predominately Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint Online, implementation of Records Management and Knowledge Management tools, sustainment of existing and development of new executive dashboards, and the creation of graphics products. ECS will work with OAA to continually refine and mature their products and functions.

ECS is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager to support OAA ITMO. This person will:

• Be responsible for the security of multiple systems under the purview of the ITMO and ensures that the required operational security posture is maintained.
• Compliant with all DoD and NIST security policy and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain a security program.
• Manage cyber security throughout the system life-cycle.
• Train team on proper security protocol.
• Utilize and develop tools that scan and assess security threats.

The Information Systems Security Manager will be on-site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• SECRET clearance
