Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid

Job description:

  • Minimum ten years of experience performing business process reengineering in a lead capacity, including:
  • Minimum five years of business process review and gap analysis experience for federal, state, and local entities that process eligibility determination, and supports the issuance of benefit services and/or payments.
  • Minimum three years of experience leading BPR services with a minimum project value of xxxM plus.
  • Minimum one year of experience utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 methodology.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or 4 years of substituting BPR experience.


    • Desired qualifications:
  • Experience performing government policy impact analysis.
  • Possession of a master's degree.
  • Current certification as a Certified Business Analyst through the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute.
