Technological Proficiency:
A solid grasp of relevant technology, particularly in revenue management and scheduling software, is essential. Collaborating with IT departments and external vendors for the successful rollout of new technologies underlines this requirement.
Excellent Communication and Reporting Skills:
Regularly reporting to operations and HR, as well as effective communication with various departments and external vendors, is crucial. The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is key in this role.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
The candidate needs to be adaptable to changing environments and flexible in managing various demands, especially in a role that involves frequent travel and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges in project management and revenue operations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 10 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality, finance or revenue management experience is preferred; management or leadership related training/certifications/business is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises associates at various sites. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Must be well versed in each business fundamental of PMC, able to train a manager or senior leader in all aspects of revenue control and payroll management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Revenue Management:
- Revenue Capture: This role's primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective use of our revenue management software across all locations. This involves conducting thorough inspections, both visually and through system checks, to verify proper software usage. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the software at each location is correctly configured to maximize revenue capture. Additionally, this role will oversee the training of employees, ensuring they are proficient in using the software to its full potential.
- Revenue Control: This role will conduct remote inspections to ensure that all locations are accurately reporting their revenue, maintaining the integrity of our financial data. This involves monitoring the proper accounting of revenue and ensuring it is done in a timely manner, using only company-approved documents and processes. This role will be tasked with conducting weekly revenue management reviews to identify and address any areas where performance is below the expected standard.
- Revenue Growth: As a leader in our operational team, this role will involve spearheading initiatives to secure rate increases and enhance revenue streams. This role will be responsible for conducting and curating market surveys throughout the region, analyzing data to inform our pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for growth.
Payroll Management:
- Scheduling: This role will ensure that location managers are adequately trained in creating effective and efficient staff schedules. This includes monitoring their use of our approved scheduling platform and regularly reporting on the effectiveness of these schedules to the operations team. This person's insights will be vital in optimizing labor costs and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Overtime Control: A key part of this role will involve monitoring and reporting on overtime usage across our locations. This includes providing biweekly reports to both operations and HR, identifying patterns of excessive overtime, and distinguishing between causes such as staffing shortages or instances of employees not adhering to their scheduled shifts.
Project Management:
- New Site Openings: This role will play a crucial part in the opening of new sites within the region. This includes facilitating meetings across different departments to ensure the timely and efficient launch of new locations. This role's responsibilities also involve conducting thorough revenue and payroll audits at 45- and 60-days post-opening, ensuring compliance with our standards.
- New Technology Implementation: This role's leadership will be instrumental in the roll-out and management of new parking technologies at our sites. This includes overseeing the installation process, tracking progress, and ensuring the seamless integration of these technologies into our operations. This role will work closely with PMC's IT department and other vendors to ensure that these technological advancements contribute to our operational success and revenue growth.
