As the Solution Advisor you will be supporting our sales cycle thanks to your advanced knowledge of one or more HRIS solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors). With your expertise, you will guide our clients towards the best and most efficient solutions for their specific business and HR needs.

YOUR MISSION

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of one or more of our HRIS solutions and stay accurate of market and innovations;
  • Design and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients to gain their acceptance that our solutions can solve their problem and is the right choice over our competitors' suggestions;
  • Participate in executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions;
  • Lead & support workshops to customers and prospects;
  • Participate in sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to grow accounts.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Candidates must possess HRIS advanced knowledge (SAP and / or SF)
  • Expert knowledge on end to end processes/solution design
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
