Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Partner Program Manager to lead the global development, execution, and growth of our partner ecosystem, which includes resellers, distributors, technology partners, systems integrators, services partners, and cloud partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is pivotal in establishing and scaling a global partner program that drives revenue growth and enhances our market position. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience (5 in senior management roles) within channel and alliance partnerships, with a strong background in building and managing high-impact partner programs across multiple regions and partner types. This is a non-people management role, focused on driving strategic partnerships through collaboration and influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Partner Program Development: Define, design, and implement a comprehensive global partner program strategy that aligns with company goals. Establish clear structures for partner onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship management across various partner categories (resellers, distributors, technology partners, etc.).
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth & Management: Lead the development of the global partner ecosystem by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners. Manage and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure mutual success and continuous growth.
  • Revenue Growth & Optimization: Work closely with partners to drive joint business planning, revenue targets, and market expansion. Identify new revenue opportunities, improve channel performance, and ensure partners are actively engaged in achieving shared business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Management by Influence: This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, working closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Success in this role relies heavily on management by influence, where you will lead and drive initiatives without direct authority over teams, using your ability to influence key stakeholders, align cross-functional objectives, and ensure that the partner program's success is a priority across the organization.
  • Program Governance & Reporting: Monitor and track the success of the global partner program, leveraging key metrics and KPIs to assess performance. Regularly report on program outcomes to the CRO and other senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights to optimize and scale the program.
  • Partner Enablement & Support: Develop and implement programs that enable partners to successfully sell, market, and support our solutions. Create resources, tools, and training to ensure partners have the knowledge and support they need to drive success.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure the partner program remains relevant and differentiated. Identify emerging opportunities and adjust the strategy to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Requirements
  • 15 years of experience (5 in senior management roles) overseeing global partner ecosystems, with a focus on channel and alliance partnerships (resellers, distributors, technology partners, systems integrators, etc.).

  • Extensive experience in developing and executing strategies that scale across diverse global markets.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel sales, partner marketing, and partner enablement.
