The Opportunity
As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing the financial health of the organization. You will manage financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives to ensure TFC's long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of nonprofit financial management, grant funding, and regulatory compliance.
Team Structure & Direct Reports
As Vice President of Finance, you will oversee the Accounting Team. You will lead a team of approximately 6-7 finance professionals, providing guidance, oversight, and professional development. Your leadership will ensure that the finance team operates efficiently and effectively to meet the organization's financial goals.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- CPA certification or a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related field required.
- Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience in a hands-on management role.
- Not-for-profit and grant accounting experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing teams and working with executive leadership and boards.
